Socks 4 Tots Inc, is an organization that was birthed from the heart of wanting to inspire and encourage homeless families and domestic violence victims. Socks 4 Tots provides, socks, slightly used clothing, coats, a yearly Thanksgiving Feast, A yearly Christmas Toy drive and many festive and inspiring events throughout the year. Socks 4 Tots provide motivational speakers, all of which are previous homeless residents and or ex domestic violence victims, who are all doing exceptionally well in their lives today, Socks 4 Tots also partner with other organizations that provide services to help assist the homeless and domestic violence victims.
The mission of my organization is to bring hope to those that are in a seemingly hopeless situation. I encourage my clients to not give up on life and to learn to find joy in each day that God has given them. Life is hard and because of the many challenges we must fight just as hard to find joy in the small things in life and to build each day with a focus and a plan. Thus far through my organizations I've spoken to hundreds of families in homeless situations and somehow through God I've been able to bring a smile on their faces and some joy in their life, and for that reason life is so worth the living.
Considering the needs of others is the greatest gift that one can give to another. The bible states "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35).
